The Level 1 Kayak Skills award aims to enable participants to perform fundamental paddling skills on flat water.
This course is certified by Canoeing Ireland and based in LOUGH GUR, CO. LIMERICK. We will be using closed cockpit kayaks.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AGED 18+ YEARS, BE WATER CONFIDENT AND ABLE TO SWIM. The course is suitable for beginners and no previous kayaking experience is required.
Participants with previous experience may be able to certify at Level 2 skills depending on ability
Course duration: 4 evenings 6.00-8.15pm each evening
